The areas under this section are primarily for those intending to develop property within the District’s service areas, but also for any entity involved with the design or construction of water infrastructure to connect to the District’s public water system, whether public or private. the District is committed to meeting the current and future needs of our customers, and to assist development while also managing the infrastructure necessary to both grow and improve our community responsibly.
